Step into a calm and creative safe space.
Date: Saturday, April 4, 2026
Time: 12-2pm EST (New York City)
This gathering will not be recorded.

This 2-hour women’s writing circle is a nourishing practice in coming home to yourselfβ€”through breath, sensation, presence, and words.

The circle meets you where you areβ€”where your lived experience becomes the starting point: what’s happening in your life, what you’re noticing and dreaming about, what you feel right now, and what really wants to be said.

Rather than doing writing right, we’ll practice writing as personal awareness and an exploration of the self through craftβ€”staying close to what is real for you, moment by moment.

The page becomes a place to meet yourself with powerful softness and curiosity: your edges, your love and heartache, your longing, your clarity, and your unfinished sentences.

In the safety of a supportive group, you’ll be invited into contactβ€”with your body, your inner voice, and the support and inspiration of the circle.

No preparation or writing experience required.

What to expect

  • Warming practices: grounding, breath, and orienting yourself

  • Prompts that work like small experimentsβ€”to reveal what’s present

  • Spacious, supported writing time

  • Optional sharing as witnessing, not critique

  • Closing integration: what you’re taking with you, what wants care next

This circle supports you to

  • soften self-judgment and write from direct experience without exposure

  • strengthen trust in your own timing, creativity, boundaries, and voice

  • meet what’s alive in you with curiosity, playfulness, honesty and tenderness

  • leave feeling more rooted, more clear, more you

A circle for women who want something realβ€”less performance and more presenceβ€”where writing becomes a way of being with your life, not escaping it.

Gently noteβ€”
