E-Course: Yoga & The Art Of Love

Downloading the videos and files are easy and trouble-shooting help will be offered and provided here in our virtual course gateway and in our Facebook group located here.

Our Facebook group is private — only members of the group can post, see and share. Your posts and others may show in your newsfeed, but rest assure, you and the other members are the only ones who can see them.

Dates to remember:

• Thursday, August 13 — an Intro Guide will be made available to you via our course gateway.

• Fridays by 12 PM EST (on August 14, 21 & 28) a yoga practice will be made available to you here via our virtual course gateway. The fourth class will be made available by August 28 and will be tailored based on the group's needs & special requests.We are encouraging you to set aside 30-minutes each day to practice if possible.

• Fridays by 12 PM EST (on August 14, 21 & 28) you will also receive two writing assignments that coincide with the theme of the yoga practice. These will also be available here in our virtual course gateway. You are encouraged to contemplate, write and share throughout the week in our Facebook group when and if you become ready.

Remember to download everything before September 3, 2015.

These practices are for all body types, sizes, shapes, backgrounds and age. Zero experience required — no writing or yoga knowledge is needed whatsoever. Yoga heals and writing heals. Combined, they are powerful tools to discover the creativity, beauty and power of You.

II. The course will close promptly on September 3, 2015. All material must be downloaded by you before that time. No material will be able to be emailed to you afterward under any circumstance.  

III. Up payment, you will be offered an Instructional Guide. You will get prompted to download this document upon payment. The link will expire within 24-hours of payment.
